Xtrack is the online store of Chaser International. Since 1998, we have supplied and advised customers on technical maintenance and repair products. From our own stock, we process orders for businesses and private customers in the Netherlands and other European countries.

A look inside our warehouse

Online ordering is based on trust. Xtrack.nl is not an anonymous intermediary, but an experienced supplier with its own product stock and direct relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Many products are available directly from stock. This allows us to process orders quickly and keep lead times as short as possible.

Carefully picked and checked

Each order is picked according to the order details. Before shipment, we check that the correct product and quantity have been prepared.

For technical products, details such as the item number, packaging and product version are important. We therefore pay close attention to careful and accurate order processing.

Safely and securely packed

Technical products must arrive well protected. We therefore select suitable packaging and ensure that the products cannot move around or become damaged as much as possible during transport.

After shipment, you will receive the available tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

Current stock and favourable shelf life

Thanks to regular purchasing and direct contact with our suppliers, products move through our stock quickly. This enables us to supply products with the longest possible remaining shelf life.

Is an item temporarily out of stock? We will reorder it from the supplier as quickly as possible. Our direct lines of communication allow us to act quickly.

Xtrack originally started as a technical point of contact for industry. Our experience includes the chemical industry, refineries, shipping, pharmaceuticals and technical supply companies.

We process orders for customers in the Netherlands and other European countries. International business customers with a valid foreign VAT number may order without Dutch VAT, subject to the applicable conditions.
