Leak none rescue tape - repair tape 25 mm x 10 meter

Leak None Rescue Tape is a self-adhesive tape for universal repairs. The special silicone construction provides a permanent flexible connection when the tape is stretched and wrapped tightly around each other.

A minimum of 2 wraps are required. This is usually sufficient to make a watertight insulating connection for e.g. electrical wiring. In the case of leakages, as a rule, the more wraps, the stronger the connection. The advice is to apply 4 to 6 layers in case of leaking hoses/pipes. This depends on the diameter of the hose, the size of the leak, the pressure placed on it and how tightly the tape is applied. Sometimes it is necessary to apply even more layers. As a rule, you can repair leaks from hoses/pipes with a pressure of up to 8 bar. The maximum diameter of the hose/pipe may not exceed 25mm.

With larger diameters, the success of the repair depends very much on how tightly the tape is applied. The tape should be stretched to the maximum for all turns. Leak None Rescue Tape is based on silicone, meets the highest specifications and can be used widely as an insulation and sealing agent under varying circumstances. Because Leak None Rescue Tape only adheres to itself, you can apply it to wet and contaminated surfaces. The surface therefore does not need to be dried or cleaned first.

By stretching the tape and wrapping it tightly (semi-overlapping) around itself, a permanent connection is created almost immediately. Unlike some self-curing tapes, the Leak None Rescue Tape connection always remains flexible and will not harden and break over time. Temperature resistance: 100ºC
