Metal Tek grinding & polishing pastes are abrasive pastes for cutting, lapping, polishing and finishing metal surfaces, and for precision grinding of metal parts.

Metal Tek grinding & polishing pastes are abrasive pastes for machine and manual sanding, cutting, lapping, polishing and finishing of metal surfaces, and for precision finishing of metal parts.

The Grinding pastes are composed of silicon carbides, high-quality greases and stabilisers. These pastes are available in grains from very coarse to very fine.


Applications

  • Grit K36: Quick removal of high spots and Very rough metal surfaces
  • Grit: K100: Stain removal from uneven surfaces e.g. conditioning of new gears for smooth operation
  • Grit K150: Cleaning of corroded bolt threads, grinding of shears, etc.
  • Grit K250 - Grit 320 : Surface lapping / replacing exhaust and inlet valves
  • Grit K400 and K500: Fine surface lapping, fine polishing for precision seating of valves, bearings and components
  • Grit K800 , K1000, K1200, K1500, K2000, K3000: Precision lapping and high-quality polishing to mirror finish of metal parts
